Submission Guidelines
What we publish, and how to send us your work.
Glagoslav Publications welcomes submissions of manuscripts in English and in Dutch, from authors and translators alike, including agented submissions in both languages.
What we are looking for
We publish fiction, both classic and contemporary, and non-fiction from across the Slavic world and beyond: Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia. We are drawn to work that illuminates the rich history and cultural heritage of the region, and we read every manuscript with close attention to its literary quality.
Before sending us a synopsis and query letter, please take time to study our current list and our objectives, so you can see where your work might sit alongside ours.
Human authorship
We publish books written by people. We do not consider manuscripts or translations created by artificial intelligence, or works in which the role of AI outweighs the work of the human author or translator. AI tools may help along the way, but the substance of the writing, and of any translation, must be human.
How to submit
Email your synopsis and query letter to [email protected]. Please put the title of the work and the author's name in the subject line.
