Welcome to Glagoslav Publications. By visiting our website or submitting an order, you accept our General Terms and Conditions. These Terms form an agreement between you and our company, and any previous agreements are subject to these conditions. You also acknowledge that you will not use our website for illegal or prohibited purposes.

All intellectual property, including copyright, trademarks, trade names and other rights, is the exclusive property of Glagoslav Publications B.V.

The content of our website is protected under Netherlands copyright law. The content includes texts, graphics, logos, the design of the website, images, page headers, audio clips, data and software. Glagoslav Publications® and Glagoslav® are community trademarks registered in the name of Glagoslav Publications B.V. Any unauthorized use of the trademarks or logo is prohibited and will be regarded as infringement.

Prohibited use

The following is prohibited:

• Hindering the proper working of the website by using special software or any other technology (this includes "spam" messages);

Our services

Our services may be removed or altered at any time. This may be done without notification.

Payment

Payment should be made within 14 days of receiving our receipt. If we do not receive payment within this period, we are authorized to cancel your order.

We accept the following methods of payment:

• Bank transfer;
• Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and so on);
• Debit card;
• PayPal.

We do not accept payment by cheque. If payment is made in a currency other than the euro, we will calculate the price according to the current exchange rates. In the case of non-payment for our services, we reserve the right to suspend all pending transactions on our side.

Pricing

Prices may change, as may the availability of certain books, at any time, unless you have already received a confirmation from us. The invoice will contain a description and the price of the goods and services you ordered. We also reserve the right to require prepayment. Postage, processing and packaging costs are not included in the price of the book and will be charged separately.

Delivery

We work with affiliates on an international scale, and for that reason delivery may sometimes take a while. The delivery date may be specified in the confirmation you receive after successful payment. If, for some reason, a delivery date is not specified, please wait for a reasonable time. If the product has still not been delivered, please contact us with a description of your order.

We would like to emphasize that we will not compensate consequential losses incurred due to a delay in delivery.

Damages and Errors

In the case of damaged or incorrect books on delivery, please contact us within one month of delivery. We will try to find a solution for you. Depending on the situation, we may ask you to return the damaged or incorrect order, and we will replace it with a new book.

Return

If both parties decide to revoke a transaction in process, each party must return all goods and benefits received from the transaction to the other. If it is impossible to return such benefits, the receiving party is entitled to compensation within 30 days of a request by either party.

Website

Our website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, functional problems cannot always be avoided. In such cases, we are not liable for any system errors, unavailability of the services, or loss of information. The correct address for our website is https://glagoslav.com. If you see an http://glagoslv.com URL (not HTTPS), we are not responsible for its content; the HTTP protocol is not secure. Please always check for the correct URL with the secure HTTPS protocol when you make a payment or read material on our website.

Contract

You will be legally bound by contract when we accept your order, by sending you a confirmation or upon delivery of the order, but not earlier. You are obliged to pay us for the fulfilment of the contract within 14 days.

Children under 18

Our website may be visited by customers of any age. Children under 18 need permission from their parents to place an order.

Amendment of the General Terms and Conditions

Glagoslav Publications B.V. may amend the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions, as well as its pricing policy for using the website. This may be done without notification. We advise you to review these General Terms and Conditions periodically. By continuing to use the website after a modification, you agree to the changes.

We are not liable for:
