The content of our website is protected under the Netherlands copyright law. The content includes texts, graphics, logos, design of the website, images, page headers, audio clips, data and software. You may review and use the content only for your personal use. Copying, downloading, distributing, reproducing, transmitting, storing or selling of any of these elements for any other purposes without author’s permission will be regarded as copyright infringement. Requests to republish any books or to use quotations should be sent to our address mentioned in the field “Contact”.
Glagoslav Publications® and Glagoslav® are community trademarks registered on the name of Glagoslav Publications B.V.. Any unauthorized use of the trademarks or logo is prohibited and will be regarded as infringement.
The following will be prohibited:
- Using the website for commercial purposes;
- Hindering a proper work of the website by using special software or any other technology (this also includes “spam” messages);
- Using the website for unauthorized or unlawful activity;
- Infringement of intellectual property rights of their proprietors;
Mentioned practices may lead to criminal offence or (and) claim of damages.
Our services may be removed or altered at any time. This will be made without notification.
Payment should be made after receiving of receipt from us within 14 days. If we will not receive payment during this period, we are authorized to cancel your order.
We accept the following ways of payment:
- Bank transfer;
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX etc.);
- Debit card (Maestro, Solo, Visa Delta);
- Western Union.
We do not accept payment by checks.
If payment was made in a foreign currency (other then EURO), then we will count the price in correspondence with the current exchange rates.
In the case of non-payment for our services, we reserve the right to suspend all the pending transactions from our side.
The prices are specified without VAT and may be changed (as well as availability of certain books) at any time unless you have already received a confirmation from us. Invoice will contain description and price of goods and services you ordered. We would also like to reserve the right of prepayment. Postage, processing and packaging costs are not included in the price of the book and will be charged separately.
We work with our affiliates on the international scale. That is why sometimes delivery may take awhile. The delivery date may be specified in our confirmation which you receive after successful payment. If to some reason delivery date is not specified, please wait for a reasonable time. If the product will not be delivered still, please provide us with the description of your order by contacting us.
We would like to emphasize that we will not compensate consequential losses met due to delay in delivery.
In the case of damaged or incorrect books upon delivery please contact us within one month after delivery. We will try to find a solution for you. Depending from the situation, we will ask you to return your previous damaged or incorrect order and will replace it with a new book.
If both parties will decide to revoke a transaction in process, the parties must return all the goods and benefits received from this transaction to the counterparty. If it will be impossible to return back such benefits in question, the receiving party is entitled to the compensation within 30 days from the moment of the request by one of the parties.
Our website is available 24 hours and 7 days per week. However, sometimes it is impossible to avoid functional problems. In these cases, we are not liable for any system errors/unavailability of the services or loss of information. The correct address for our website is https://glagoslav.com. If you see an http://glagoslv.com URL (not HTTPS) – we are not responsible for its content. The HTTP protocol is not secure. Please always check the correct URL with secure HTTPS protocol when you make a payment or read material posted on our website – it should always use HTTPS protocol.

Our website may contain links to other third-party websites. That does not mean that our General Terms and Conditions are applicable to these websites. We are also not responsible for the content and workability of such websites.
You will be legally bound by contract when we accept your order by sending a confirmation to you or upon delivery of the order but not earlier. You are obliged to pay us for the fulfillment of the contract from our side within the period of 14 days.
Children under 18
Our website may be visited by customers of any age. Children under 18 will need a permission from their parents to make an order.
Amendment of the General Terms and Conditions
Glagoslav Publications B.V. may amend provisions of General Terms and Conditions as well as its pricing policy for using the website. This will be made without notification. Our advice is to review periodically our General Terms and Conditions. After modification of General Terms and Conditions, you agree to the changes.

- accuracy or suitability of the information provided on our website (users should research themselves reliability of information);
- information, materials, recommendations posted by users of our website;
