How to return a print book, what applies to e-books, and what happens if an order arrives damaged.
We want you to be happy with your order. Here is how returns and refunds work at Glagoslav Publications.
Print books
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may return an unused print book, paperback or hardcover, within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, and receive a refund of the item price. Return postage is paid by you, and the book should reach us in its original, resaleable condition. We issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned book, to the same payment method you used at checkout.
E-books
E-books in EPUB, Kindle and PDF format are delivered instantly on purchase. For that reason they are non-returnable and non-refundable once the download or access has started, in line with EU and UK rules on digital content.
Damaged or wrong item
If a book arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong title, we will put it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the item free of charge, or refund it. In this case you do not pay return postage.
How to request a return
Email us at [email protected] with your order number, and for a damaged or incorrect item a short description or photo. We will confirm the return address and the next steps. This policy sits alongside our General Terms and Conditions.
