In what formats are your books available?
Most titles are published in paperback and as ebooks, with selected titles also in hardback. The formats available for each book are shown on its page in the Bookshop.
Where can I find Glagoslav books?
You can buy directly from us through our Bookshop, and our titles are also stocked by online and physical bookshops worldwide, as well as by libraries. See Distribution for our trade partners, and How to Order for the different ways to buy.
How can I pay?
Payments in our shop are handled securely through Mollie. At checkout you can pay by major debit and credit cards, PayPal, iDEAL and other common methods, depending on your country.
Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
We ship worldwide. Because we work with international print and distribution partners, delivery times vary by destination, and your order confirmation will note an expected timeframe where possible. Full delivery terms are set out in our Terms and Conditions.
Do you offer discounts for bulk or library orders?
Yes. Booksellers and libraries can order directly from us with discounts on larger orders. See How to Order for terms, or email us at [email protected] and we will help.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Please email us at [email protected] within one month of delivery and we will find a solution, usually a replacement copy. This is covered under Damages and Errors in our Terms and Conditions.
How can I request a review copy?
We provide review copies to journalists, reviewers, columnists and bloggers. Email [email protected] with the author, the title, your preferred format (paperback or ebook) and, for print copies, a shipping address.
How can I request permission to use Glagoslav content?
For quotations, text or artwork from our books, please read the intellectual-property terms in our Terms and Conditions and email your request to [email protected]. For screen or stage adaptations, see Film and Theatre Permissions.
How do I find out if rights are available for a title?
For primary or secondary rights on Glagoslav titles, email Maxim Hodak at [email protected].
Does Glagoslav accept manuscript submissions?
Yes. We accept submissions in English and Dutch, from authors and translators alike. Please read our Submission Guidelines before sending your work.
How can I contact a Glagoslav author?
We can often help readers, event organizers and journalists reach our authors. Email [email protected], tell us who you would like to reach and why, and we will pass your request on where we can.
How do I keep up with new Glagoslav titles?
Subscribe to our newsletter for new titles and notes a few times a year. You will find the sign-up in the footer of every page.
